The name of the App is ‘Ave Maria Rosary’ for English and ‘Ave Maria Japamala’ for Malayalam. The initiative was undertaken by our scholastics in Dharmaram College under the leadership of Bro. Foundation stone for Christ Academy College for Advanced Studies, Bangalore was laid by Rev. Fr. Walter Thelappilly, Provincial in the presence of fathers, teachers and students of school. The construction will commence shortly. We are expecting to start the college from next academic year onwards. We wish all the best to the project! Foundation stone for “Christ the King Church” was laid by Rt. Rev. Dr. Antony Kariyil, Bishop of Mandya on 15th November 2015.
A staff get-together and celebration of all teachers of all unaided schools of our Province will be held in Christ Vidya Niketan on 12th December, 2015. Dr. D. Babu Paul IAS, former Chief Secretary to the Government of Kerala will be delivering the keynote address. He will be inspiring the teachers for about 90 minutes. CBSE State Festival was held in Devamatha CMI Public School, Thrissur. It was a huge event with the number of participants exceeding 7000 students. The event was held on 26 different stages. The event was inaugurated by Sri, Oomman Chandy, chief minister of Kerala. The excellence of organization of the event was well appreciated by participants, all schools and everybody alike. People in large numbers came to enjoy the events. Print Media gave huge coverage across all editions of news papers and the visual media too covered the event extensively. Province Day Games was held at Christ Vidya Niketan, Irinjalakuda on November 10, 2015 at 2.30 – 8.00 pm. Both Teams KANDISA and AALAHA participated well with team spirit in the games of Basket ball, Cricket, Water ball, Swimming and Shuttle. Province Day of our Province is being celebrated on November 14, 2015. Our members in large numbers participated in the day’s affairs. Fr.
